Terms & Conditions — Oxygen Hotels

Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Oxygen Hotels website and all bookings made through it. By accessing our website or making a reservation, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Oxygen Hotels LLP ("we", "us", "our") reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The version published on our website at the time of your booking shall apply.

Formation of Contract

A binding contract is formed between you and Oxygen Hotels LLP when we issue a booking reference number for your reservation. Until a booking reference is issued, no reservation is confirmed or binding on either party.

• We reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailability.
• If we cancel a confirmed booking, you will receive a full refund of any amount paid.

Eligibility & Booking Rules

• You must be 18 years or older to make a booking.
• You may book on behalf of another person, but you are responsible for ensuring all guests in the booking comply with these Terms.
• Bookings are non-transferable and may not be resold. Any attempt to transfer or resell a booking will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
• All information provided during the booking process must be accurate and complete.

Rates, Taxes & Payment

• Room rates are as displayed on our website at the time of booking and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• All payments are due in full at the time of booking unless a different arrangement is confirmed in writing by Oxygen Hotels LLP.
• We accept credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and UPI via our secure payment partner Razorpay.
• Additional charges for extras, minibar, room service, or damages will be billed at checkout.

GST & Invoicing

• All rates are subject to GST as per Government of India regulations.
• If you require a GST invoice, you must provide your GST number at the time of check-in.
• GST details cannot be modified or added after check-in. No retrospective changes will be made to invoices.

Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: From 1:00 PM (1300 hrs). Early check-in may be available on request, subject to availability and additional charges.
• Check-out: By 11:00 AM (1100 hrs). Late check-out may be available on request and may incur additional charges.
• ID Requirements: All domestic guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID with proof of address. All foreign nationals must present a valid passport.
• Failure to provide valid identification may result in refusal of check-in.

Hotel Rules & Guest Conduct

• No smoking: All Oxygen Hotels properties are strictly non-smoking. Smoking in rooms or indoor areas will result in a cleaning surcharge.
• Valuables: Please use the in-room safe for money, jewellery, and other valuables. The hotel is not liable for loss of items not secured in the safe.
• Property damage: Guests will be charged for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay.
• Noise & disturbance: Guests are expected to maintain reasonable noise levels, especially between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• Illegal activities: Any activity prohibited by Indian law is strictly forbidden on hotel premises and will result in immediate eviction without refund.

Room Occupancy

• Maximum room occupancy is stated during the booking process and must be adhered to.
• One child under the age of 6 may stay free of charge per room (without an extra bed).
• Extra beds or additional guests may incur supplementary charges where available.

Group Bookings

Bookings of 10 or more rooms or 15+ nights are classified as Group Bookings and are subject to separate terms:

• Group rates and payment schedules will be confirmed in writing.
• Group cancellation charges apply as outlined in our Cancellation Policy.

Limitation of Liability

• Oxygen Hotels LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific booking in question.
• We are not responsible for disruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.

Website Use

• All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the intellectual property of Oxygen Hotels LLP and may not be reproduced without written consent.
• We strive to keep website information accurate but do not guarantee that all details, including room photographs, are up to date at all times.
• We are not responsible for the content of third-party websites linked from our site.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your booking shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
